The Village Apartments – Roofing Project Resident Hub
Welcome, Residents — We’re Here to Make This as Smooth as Possible
At PMR Roofing, we understand that any construction project—especially one as large as a full community re-roof—can feel disruptive. Your comfort, safety, and peace of mind are extremely important to us. This page is designed to keep you informed throughout the project, provide updates to the schedule, and give you a place to submit any questions or concerns directly to our team.
Thank you in advance for your patience as we complete these much-needed improvements to your community.
Projected Schedule
We will typically work on four buildings at a time using eight crews.
Each group of buildings will take about 2–3 days to complete, depending on size and complexity.
A full, regularly updated schedule will be posted here so you can see when work is expected near your building. Please check back frequently, as timelines may shift due to weather or site conditions.
Project Overview
Pardon our noise! We will be replacing the roofs throughout The Village Apartments over the next 9–10 months. Our professional roofing teams will work as efficiently and respectfully as possible, but re-roofing is naturally a loud and messy process. We’ll do our best to minimize disruption while prioritizing your safety and the long-term durability of your buildings.
What to Expect During Construction
Your safety and comfort are our priority. Below is a clear overview of what you may experience and how to stay safe during the project:
Inside & Around Your Home
Debris may fall on stairs or balconies during the removal of old roofing. Please use extra caution when entering or exiting your home.
If you notice debris on your balcony, use the submission form below and PMR will coordinate cleanup with onsite management.
Balcony access will be interior-only, with The Village Management present.
Vibrations may occur during construction. We recommend removing fragile items from walls or shelves.
Pets may be sensitive to noise. Consider keeping them in a quieter interior room during work hours.
Staging & Crew Activity
Materials, equipment, and portable toilets will be staged in designated fenced areas.
Our crews will be on the ground all day picking up debris and nails to keep the grounds as safe as possible.
Work will generally occur during standard daytime construction hours.
General Safety & Awareness
Avoid parking or walking near equipment, dumpsters, or active work zones. Each building requires over 150,000 nails. Magnets and cleanup occur daily, but small debris may still be present.
Certain walkways may be temporarily closed for your safety. Please do not enter barricaded areas.
Some entryways may be blocked for short periods. Alternate access routes will always be provided.
Drive slowly during work hours. Heavy machinery and material deliveries will be in motion.
Questions, Concerns, or Debris Reports
